International Flights: The luggage allowed per passenger in economy class is one (1) piece in the hold of 23 kg and one (1) 8 kg hand luggage of (45 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm / applies only for flights from and to Chile and Argentina).

National Flights: The luggage allowed per passenger is one (1) 23 kg piece in the hold and one (1) 8 kg hand luggage.

According to the legislation and air regulations of each country, when pets are transported in the hold or in the cabin, the following is required:

    Health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian. Certificate of vaccination against rabies. Immunization card applied to the animal. Animal health certificate issued in the corresponding office depending on your country.

Guide dog acceptance: Guide dogs and other service animals accompanying disabled passengers will be transported at no additional charge, subject to government regulations and the air carrier of each country.




Only carry one pet per passenger, which means cats and dogs.

Consult the requirements and documents according to your country of origin.
